We deliver fresh, seasonal flowers and carefully curated gifts across Yeppoon, Emu Park and Rockhampton, Monday to Friday. Same‑day orders close at 12:00 pm on weekdays—if you’ve missed cut‑off, give us a bell and we’ll do our best to help.

Delivery times, cut‑offs & days

  • Same‑day cut‑off: 12:00 pm weekdays. Orders placed after cut‑off go on the next delivery run. If it’s urgent, please call.
  • Daily run: We prep flowers in the morning and head out just after lunch. Business deliveries by 5:00 pm and residential by 6:00 pm (no precise time slots—our run follows the most efficient route).
  • Weekends & public holidays: Deliveries operate Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery isn’t offered at this stage; public holiday schedules will be announced on our socials if they change.

Delivery fees, free thresholds & extra charges

  • Fees are calculated at checkout but range from $10 to $20. There’s no free‑delivery threshold for fresh flower delivery.
  • Free Local Pick‑Up is available—choose “Local Pick Up” at checkout and let us know when you’re popping by.
  • If we can’t access the property (locked gate, protective pups, unsafe location) or the address is incorrect, we’ll bring your flowers back to the store. Re‑delivery incurs the same fee as the original suburb, or the recipient may collect in store.

Same‑day & “express” requests

Order by 12:00 pm for same‑day. Need it after that? Call the shop and we’ll see what’s possible—while we don’t offer guaranteed time slots, we’ll do our best to help if we can.

If the recipient isn’t home

We’ll leave your flowers in a safe spot at the front door. They’re packed with a little water pouch so they can have a drink while they wait. If you’d prefer a different location, add instructions at checkout. If we can’t get in (security gates/codes) and there are no safe options, we’ll return the flowers to store and a re‑delivery fee applies.

Hospital & workplace deliveries

We regularly deliver to workplaces and local hospitals within our service area. To make life easy on the day:

  • Please include the business/hospital name, building/ward, level/room and a contact phone.
  • Where a vase isn’t handy, we recommend a vased arrangement or hat box—both are ideal for offices and hospital rooms.
  • Some wards have flower restrictions; please check with the hospital before ordering.

Peak seasons (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas)

Our studio gets wonderfully busy. Here’s what to expect:

  • Earlier cut‑offs and no timed deliveries—we’ll still aim for business by 5 pm and residential by 6 pm.
  • We often extend store opening hours (e.g. Mother’s Day weekend). Keep an eye on Instagram for the latest updates.

Tracking & confirmations

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once you’ve checked out. We don’t offer live tracking; our team marks orders delivered after the run. If you’d like a status update on the day, call the shop with your order number and we’ll check in with the driver.

Packaging & our eco‑friendly approach

We wrap in high‑quality materialsno colourful plastic or curly ribbon in sight—and use minimal, recyclable packaging wherever we can. When we need to leave flowers at the door, they’re supplied with a water pouch to keep them fresh until they’re found.

Sending outside our delivery area

Select dried & preserved pieces and some gifts can be posted Australia‑wide. Postage is by quote—phone or email us to arrange.
