How does it all work?
We have simplified the way your order flowers. We have a shipment of fresh flowers which we have carefully selected arrive each day. We package them up and deliver them to the Yeppoon, Emu Park and Rockhampton area from just $35.
How easy is that!
We are not your traditional florist!
Our flowers are selected based on what is in season and on trend and are wrapped carefully in a fresh, modern way. We wrap our flowers in high quality wrapping and we promise there will not be a piece of colourful plastic or curly ribbon in sight!
Can I choose my flowers?
No need to worry about that, we have taken care of it for you! Our flowers are chosen daily ensuring you receive the freshest, highest quality blooms available from the markets.
When is your cut off time for ordering?
There is no cut off time for ordering. We will just keep bunching until we sell out. Oftentimes our flowers are so beautiful that they sell out really quickly so make sure you get in nice and early or pre-order to save disappointment.
Can I order in advance?
Yes of course! No worries. Just select the ‘send on a later date’ option under the ‘order flowers’ tab on the menu. You can order the day before, the week before, the month before – whenever really.
Do you deliver to my area?
We have a few different areas that we deliver to which are included in the price. If your suburb isn’t listed here, please just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we can give you a quote to deliver.

What time will the flowers arrive, can I have them delivered at a certain time?
In the morning we are busy caring for and preparing your flowers. They leave the studio just after lunch time and we spend the afternoon running them around our little coastal town. We are unable to tell you an exact time they will be delivered as it depends on the route for the day but you can expect orders to be delivered by 5pm for business and 6pm for residential. Delivering our flowers based around the most effective route helps keep the cost of our flowers down. A win for you!
What if no one is home when the flowers are delivered?
If the receiver isn’t home, we’ll leave them at the front door but don’t worry, they are in a special little packet with water so they can have a drink while they wait. If you’d like us to leave them somewhere else, just let us know when you place your order. You can leave a note in the message section. If they have one of those big fancy houses with security gates and codes just remember to let us know how we can access the property. If we can’t get in, we can’t leave the flowers and will have to bring them back to the studio which will incur a re-delivery fee. Please remember that it is your responsibility to make sure that the property we’re delivering flowers to is accessible and I won’t be chased away by any big dogs – or little ones.
Do you deliver on the weekend?
At this stage our deliveries only take place Tuesday to Friday. Weekends are usually filled up with weddings and workshops for us.
Can I pick up from your studio?
You sure can. Swing us a message to let us know you’re popping by and we will make sure we are there. We also have other little gift items available such as terrariums and candles too!
How do I know if my flowers have been delivered?
You’ll receive an email update once your order has been delivered. This might happen a little later than the actual delivery time, so don’t stress if you haven’t seen an update until a little later in the afternoon or evening.
What do I do if something goes wrong?
Don’t stress – just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call me 0439 860 022 and we will sort it ASAP for you.
