Join us for a mindful morning celebrating slow fashion, beautiful blooms, conscious style, and community vibes. After the huge success of our first market, we’ve carefully curated this event to be even better. It’s the perfect ethical retail therapy session!


Market Day Details:

  • When: Saturday, October 25th
  • Time: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Where: Shannon Hawkes Artisan Florals, 60 Normanby Street, Yeppoon (on the grass)

Hygge Yeppoon coffee van will be parked up and serving coffee, hot/cold drinks, and decadent sweet treats for the duration of the market.


Calling All Curated Sellers!

Do you have a closet full of gorgeous clothes that deserve a second life? We’re still accepting applications for our curated stallholder lineup!

  • Stall Fee: for a space.
  • What to Bring: You must supply your own clothing racks, tables, chairs, shade (gazebo/umbrella), and a cash float/card reader.

How to Book: All information and a link to book your stall are on our website and socials! When booking, please list the brands you will be selling in the order notes at checkout.


Stallholder FAQ

Q: What kind of items are you looking for? A: Pre-loved clothing, accessories, and footwear in excellent condition. We welcome recognizable labels, quality brands, and vintage gems (women’s, men’s & children’s fashion).

Q: What items are prohibited? A: We do not permit fast fashion brands (e.g., Shein, Temu), items that are damaged, pilled, stained, or heavily worn, or mass-produced clearance stock. We keep the market curated, not chaotic!

Q: Can I share my stall? A: Yes, stallholders may share a stall space with one additional person.

Q: When is set-up and pack-down? A: Bump-in (Set-up) is from 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM. Bump-out (Pack-down) is from 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM. Stallholders must be present for the entire event.

Q: What if the weather is bad? A: In case of extreme or wet weather, the market will be rescheduled and all bookings will be carried over to the new date. We will notify you by 5 PM on Friday, October 24th.

Q: What is the cancellation policy? A: You must notify us at least 10 days before the event for a refund (minus a admin fee). No refunds are given for cancellations within 7 days.
