By purchasing a stall space at Petal + Thread, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Shannon Hawkes Artisan Florals reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time to ensure the smooth operation of the event.
1. Attendance & Participation Stallholders are required to be present at their allocated stall for the entire duration of the event, including designated bump-in and bump-out times. Your commitment to staying throughout the event ensures a cohesive and engaging experience for both sellers and visitors. Failure to attend the event will result in forfeiture of your stall fee, with no refunds or credits provided.
2. Sales & Marketing While we strive to create a vibrant and successful market, Shannon Hawkes Artisan Florals cannot guarantee sales on the day. We have implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy, including social media promotion, community engagement, and advertising to maximise exposure for Petal + Thread. Stallholders are also encouraged to actively promote their participation through their own social media channels, word of mouth, and other means to attract potential buyers. PLEASE tag us on your social media, so we can share!
4. Cancellation Policy

If a stallholder needs to cancel their booking, they must notify Shannon Hawkes Artisan Florals at least 10 days before the event. In this case, a refund will be issued, minus a $20 administration fee.

Stallholders may transfer their stall booking to another individual with prior written approval from Jade at Shannon Hawkes Artisan Florals.

If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, no refunds or credits will be issued, as stall allocations and event planning will have already been finalised.
5. Weather Policy In the event of extreme or wet weather conditions that make it unsafe or impractical to proceed, the market will be rescheduled to an alternative date. All stallholder bookings will be carried over to the new date. Should the market need to be postponed due to inclement weather, Shannon Hawkes Artisan Florals will notify all stallholders accordingly by 9am on Friday 20th June.
6. Stall Presentation & Cleanliness All stalls will be approximately 2 x 2m and must be maintained in a clean, tidy, and visually appealing manner throughout the event. Shannon Hawkes Artisan Florals upholds a high standard for stall presentation, reflecting the creative and curated nature of Petal + Thread. Stallholders are responsible for ensuring their space remains organised and inviting for customers.
7. Stall Sharing & Display Restrictions
- No gazebos or lighting necessary- we will be providing festoon lighting.

Stallholders may share a clothing rack with one additional person.

Each clothing rack must adhere to a maximum weight limit of 10kg.
8. Product Quality & Pricing

Only high-quality preloved clothing and accessories may be sold at Petal + Thread.

All items must be priced reasonably, with no item exceeding its original retail price (RRP).

Stallholders are responsible for bringing their own hangers, racks and cash float/card reader for transactions.
9. Bump-In & Bump-Out

Bump-in: 2:45 PM – 4 PM

Event start time: 4:00 PM

All stallholders must arrive within the allocated bump-in time to set up their space.

Bump-out: 8 PM – 8:30 PM
- All stallholders must be packed by the allocated bump-out time.
10. Liability & Conduct

Shannon Hawkes Artisan Florals is not liable for any damages, theft, loss, or personal injury that may occur during the event.

All stallholders must act professionally, respectfully, and responsibly throughout the event.

Shannon Hawkes Artisan Florals reserves the right to remove any stall holder or customer who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
