Shannon Hawkes Artisan Flowers (SHAF) is committed to delivering fresh, seasonal bunches of flowers across Yeppoon, Emu Park, Rockhampton, and surrounding areas. We offer delivery services from Monday to Friday to ensure that your flowers arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Areas and Postcodes:
We currently serve the following suburbs and their corresponding postcodes:
Yeppoon, Lammermoor, Taranganba, Rosslyn, Barlows Hill, Cooee Bay, Kinka Beach, Meikleville Hill, Mulambin, Pacific Heights, and Emu Park: 4703
Rockhampton, Allenstown, Depot Hill, The Range, Wandal, West Rockhampton: 4700
Berserker, Frenchville, Kawana, Koongal, Lakes Creek, Norman Gardens, North Rockhampton, Park Avenue: 4701

Delivery Schedule:
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12 PM on weekdays. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next business day.

Same-Day Delivery:
For same-day delivery requests after 12 PM, please contact us directly. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Special Instructions and Conditions:
When placing your order, please provide any necessary delivery instructions that can help our delivery team ensure your flowers arrive safely. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will follow the instructions provided at checkout for leaving the flowers in a safe place.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. SHAFis not liable for delays or non-delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Changes and Cancellations:
Changes to your order or cancellations must be made at least one day in advance. We are unable to accept changes or cancellations on the day of delivery due to our preparation and routing schedule.
