Delivery Policy
Delivery Discretion: Our drivers have the discretion to leave the package at the premises unless it is deemed unsafe due to weather conditions or risk of theft. If delivery is deemed unsafe, it will be rescheduled for the next business day.

Delivery Fee and Times: Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed or quoted prior to checkout. Deliveries are made during the predetermined window and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Non-Delivery Days: Deliveries are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays unless stated otherwise.

Special Events: Different terms may apply for special events such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, which will be posted on our website as applicable.

Customer Obligations
Contact and Delivery Information: Customers must ensure that all contact details and delivery addresses are accurate. SHAF is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Responsibility After Delivery: Once delivered as per your instructions, the product becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Liability: We do not take liability for deliveries where there is no safe place to leave the package, and no refund will be provided in these instances.

Alterations and Amendments to Orders
No alterations, amendments, or cancellations can be made once an order has been prepared and/or is in transit.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may not be cancelled once prepared. If a cancellation is necessary before preparation, please contact customer service to discuss options such as rescheduling or store credit.

Refund Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee: We aim to ensure satisfaction with our products. If you’re not satisfied, please contact our customer service to discuss potential refunds or replacements.

Non-Delivery: Refunds will not be provided for non-delivery if the customer provided incorrect delivery information or if the recipient was not available to receive their order.
